We are quickly approaching the crucial vote on Bill C-233, No More Loopholes Act. The vote is currently slated for March 11th – which means we have a final chance to push our MPs to VOTE YES.
With MPs back in their ridings the week of March 2-6, we need their phones to be ringing off the hook. Every MP must be forced to answer for their government’s lies and complicity.
Fill out this form to take the DAILY PHONE PLEDGE to commit to call your MP’s office everyday from Monday to Friday.
We have talking points and phone scripts to support you. Take the pledge and spread the word. Let’s get all of our MP’s cornered and scrambling.

Call your MP every day March 2-6 in this crucial final week before the No More Loopholes Bill vote.
Leaving a voicemail or chatting with their staffer only takes 5 minutes a day, but together, with hundreds of us committing to taking action, we can have a massive impact.
We want to see staffers across the country relaying the flood of constituent calls to their MPs, and MPs in turn relaying concerns and questions to their ministers. We want the government to know that the public will not let them continue to arm genocide and lie about it.

Hello MP [NAME],
I am calling as a concerned constituent of [RIDING] in support of Bill C-233, the No More Loopholes Act.

- Canadian weapons are being used by Israel in its resumed airstrikes on Gaza, the U.S. military in its illegal assault on Venezuela, and ICE in its deadly campaign in American cities. Canada cannot claim to respect international law while continuing to fuel this violence. It’s time to pick a side. Will you continue to funnel unrestricted and unregulated arms to Trump’s illegal wars, ICE’s campaign of terror, and Israel’s ongoing genocide? Or will you listen to the Canadian public and ensure that Canadian military exports are aligned with international law?
- [YOU/YOUR GOVERNMENT] keep saying that Canada’s arms export regulations are among the best in the world. But the U.S. Loophole means that at least 60% of Canadian arms exports — those that go to the U.S. — are exempted from government oversight or permitting requirements. You can’t have weapons flowing to the US without a permit and claim to exceed the Arms Trade Treaty requirements, it’s not just not possible. You must close the loophole if you want to actually respect international law.
- Has MP [NAME} seen the bombshell investigation published by the CBC last week? It uncovers evidence that a government agency told a Liberal cabinet minister in March 2025 that a General Dynamics factory in Quebec was selling artillery ammunition to the US that was being transferred to Israel. We’ve known about these transfers for a long time. But now we have irrefutable proof that the highest levels of the Liberal government also knew about them. This shows that your government knew full well that it was lying when it told us, again and again, that Canada wasn’t arming Israel.
- What do you have to say about CBC’s reporting from earlier this month that demonstrated that Canada’s own arms-export Crown corporation (the Canadian Commercial Corporation) was internally investigating whether Canadian weapons routed through the U.S. were ending up in Israel, and raising concerns about the risk of violating international law? Is your government lying to you or are you lying to us?
MP [NAME] must act now to cut off the unregulated flow of arms by voting for Bill C-233 when it comes before Parliament next week.
I will be calling back until MP [NAME] commits to VOTE YES – or MP [NAME] can call me back at [NUMBER] to address my concerns directly.
